James Tremaine Green was born on December 31, 1981 in Vidalia, Georgia to James Green and the late Geraldine Bacon. Tremaine passed into eternal rest on Saturday, February 8, 2014 in Toombs County. He became a member of St. Matthew Baptist Church at an early age. Mr. Green was so full of life and never met a stranger. His winning smile and charismatic personality endeared him to many people. Tremaine was known to many as being a "prankster". He had a gift of making others laugh. Music was his passion. He spent countless hours writing and perfecting his music. He received his formal education from the Appling County School System until moving to Jacksonville, Florida in 1996. In 2010, Tremaine returned back to Georgia where he resided for the remainder of his life. Tremaine was employed by Hardee's where he held the position as a cook. Tremaine is preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Bacon; maternal grandmother, Christine Holland; paternal grandparents, Abb (AJ) Sr. and Clidia Green. Tremaine leaves to cherish his memory: father, James Green ( Leverdia); daughters, Tremyah Green of Lyons, GA and Janasia Law of Jacksonville, FL; five sisters: Kenya Polke of Lyons, GA; Katrice Green of Baxley, GA; Gerlondia Bacon and Venus Smart all of Lyons, GA, Renesa Lawton of Baxley, GA. Two brothers: Jeremiah (Courtney) Bacon of Jacksonville, FL and Jerry Smart of Lyons, GA. Devoted friend, Tammy Preston of Lyons, GA; Best friend, Shawn Fry of Vidalia, GA and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
